Yes! All Gramrit products are 100% natural, pure, and free from chemicals, preservatives, or artificial additives. We source directly from village farms to ensure freshness, authenticity, and high nutritional value.

We take utmost care in delivering high-quality farm products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can:

• Request a replacement or refund within 24 hours of delivery.
• Contact our customer support team with order details and photos of the product.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Note: Due to the perishable nature of some items, returns may not be applicable in all cases.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order through the Gramrit website/app by logging into your account and checking the “My Orders” section.
